Services:Support:Server Monitoring

With the Server Monitoring service we will be constantly on the lookout, monitoring your server to check that your services are operating correctly and advise you on any issues that arise, and you will have the peace of mind knowing that your backups and antivirus chacks are working correctly.

This service reduces the overall cost of support by preventing problems before they occur. Services or applications that stop are picked up and can be restarted quickly, often before the users notice. This contrasts with many support companies’ policy of reacting only to complaints by users.

Monitoring server logs can prevent a potential server crash, resulting in planned upgrades rather than knee jerk reactions to costly crashes.

Event Log Check on all servers to identify any potential problems

Where a problem is revealed the Client’s Authorized Representative will be emailed together with the suggested solution. At the end of each month a report is sent, detailing the status of the server and actions taken that month.

This service may be taken on its own, in conjunction with Ad Hoc Support or as part of the Help Desk or IT Partner solutions.
