Services:Support:IT PartnerOur IT Partner service enables clients to purchase larger amounts of our resources at advantageous rates. This may include any mixture of system support, network upgrades and consultancy. IT Partner provides our clients with access to an enormous amount of IT knowledge and experience to guide them through the pitfalls of expanding systems and to recommend the best solutions for their particular situations. Every client has a Team Leader to advise them on the best path forward for their IT infrastructure and take responsibility for its smooth operation. Oceanwave Digital will provide support as and when needed. A client takes this service by committing to buying a minimum value of work for a calendar year. If they buy £10,000 worth of support in a calendar year then this can be used as and when required. They will be charged according to our Standard Rates for the type of work, less the appropriate discount for the volume of work purchased. We can provide quotes for specific projects where required. |
