Services:SupportWe provide a number of different types of IT support service depending on the size and needs of the client. However some features are consistent to all of them. We take the position of being responsible for our client’s IT systems very seriously. We have developed comprehensive systems which enable us to monitor our own performance. This enables us to build an open relationship with our clients, to drive down the cost of providing IT support and to share with our clients the value this creates. We measure and report to our client’s response time, resolution time, and type and cost of work done (maintenance, troubleshooting and changes) to give each client a clear breakdown of their IT expenditure and the service received. At regular 6 monthly intervals we actively seek feedback to enable us and our clients to review our service. We maintain a database of problems solved for each client to facilitate faster resolution of problems in the future and to ensure that knowledge is retained and used. As problems are logged and resolved clients are automatically emailed the details so they are always aware of the current situation. Systems AuditFor each client we will undertake a free of charge Systems Audit so that we know their system and how it is configured. This is essential to quickly diagnose problems and determine the most effective solution. One Stop SolutionThe frustration of having to deal with multiple 3rd Party suppliers (BT, ISPs) is removed. We are a one-stop solution. We will identify the cause of the problem and if it is a third party problem log a call and manage the resolution. Fast Response TimesWe are able to fix the majority of problems remotely without the need for a site visit. Subsequently our response times are usually far less than the contractual maximum and often immediate. If there is a specific emergency which requires an immediate response, we can provide immediate remote support and 2 hour onsite response on a particular incident.
