We recruit staff that are naturally motivated by solving the problems of others and we remunerate them according to the quality of the service they provide to our clients, rather than revenue they generate. Our willingness to include onsite visits in our fixed fee support costs means that we are incentivised to prevent or fix quickly any problems, rather than to incur chargeable and time-consuming onsite visits.

Dedicated Support Teams

A team is assigned to each client ensuring that a number of engineers are familiar with the client’s infrastructure. This personal service ensures urgent treatment of important problems and also that Team Leaders are able to give clients informed and relevant advice.
