At the very least you will be passionate about technology, have a friendly and open personality, enjoy dealing with clients, be thoroughly professional and prepared to take full responsibility for problems. We have several different roles within the company:TEAM LEADER You are a senior engineer. You will have overall responsibility for the smooth running of your clients IT systems. You will have helpdesk and onsite engineers to help you, but the buck will stop with you. You will be comfortable liasing at a senior level concerning the ongoing development of your clients systems, capable of understanding their needs and professional and creative in providing outstanding solutions to them. ONSITE ENGINEER You are an experienced engineer on both desktops and servers. You will be responsible for resolving onsite issues at your clients within the required timeframe. You must be happy dealing with a wide variety of issues and pressure situations, and make sure that your Team Leader is aware of any issues at the client. HELPDESK ENGINEER You are an experience Helpdesk Engineer on desktops, servers or both. You will be the first point of contact for your clients and will try to resolve their problems immediately or escalate them. You will be working with your helpdesk colleagues, onsite engineers and Team Leader to enusre that your clients are fully informed and that their issues are being promptly progressed to resolution.
